{"id":27,"date":"2008-01-29T17:02:32","date_gmt":"2008-01-30T01:02:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mountainbikebill.com\/blog\/?p=27"},"modified":"2008-01-29T17:02:32","modified_gmt":"2008-01-30T01:02:32","slug":"spinning-one-liners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mountainbikebill.com\/blog\/?p=27","title":{"rendered":"Spinning One Liners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today\u00a0I got in a spin class at lunch for the first time in a long time.\u00a0\u00a0 I had forgotten how much of a beat down you can give yourself in just an hour.\u00a0 I say &#8220;you can give&#8221; because you set the tension on the bike throughout the workout.\u00a0\u00a0 This allows both beginners and the ultra-fit types to get equally beat down in the same session.\u00a0\u00a0Any who,\u00a0 It was a good workout, but the reason for the post is that my instructor for this class was really good at keeping everybody motivated and he had a bunch of motivational one-liners.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I&#8217;m sure that much of them were not his original creations, but it was a good compilation.\u00a0 Some were cool and\u00a0 some were corny but they did help to keep everyone spinning.<\/p>\n<p>The more interesting ones were:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Find your comfort zone&#8230;and get out of it!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I don&#8217;t want much out of life&#8230;Just ALL of it!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ride for the Hellth of It!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>If you don&#8217;t act tired&#8230;.You won&#8217;t be tired!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Find out what you can&#8217;t do!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>That was the warm up<\/strong> (He said that 50 minutes into the 1 hour class when many of us drenched with sweat)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><font color=\"#0000ff\">Do spin classes help with cycling?<\/font><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Personally it is not so much a &#8220;form&#8221;
