{"id":1004,"date":"2012-07-08T19:27:01","date_gmt":"2012-07-09T03:27:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mountainbikebill.com\/blog\/?p=1004"},"modified":"2012-07-08T19:27:09","modified_gmt":"2012-07-09T03:27:09","slug":"lake-calavera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mountainbikebill.com\/blog\/?p=1004","title":{"rendered":"Lake Calavera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Before all of the 4th of July festivities started, I rolled out from Casa De La Bill to hit up <a href=\"http:\/\/mountainbikebill.com\/CalveraLake.htm\">Lake Calavera<\/a>\u00a0to feel a bit better about the tasty beers and snacks I would be having later in the day.\u00a0\u00a0 It was less than a 3 mile street ride to get to the dirt for some quality exercise.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I have not been here in quite some time and while at first I was impressed to see that there was some trail signs out and about I was soon disappointed to see fences.\u00a0\u00a0 I view fences as the\u00a0land mangment equivalent saying the dog ate my homework.\u00a0\u00a0 If land mangers would do the thier homework\u00a0 a bit better they would need a lot less of this stuff.\u00a0\u00a0It was fairly easy to see where the public was giving the fencing\u00a0passing and failing grades by looking at where the fences were cut and where it was allowed to remain.\u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1005\" style=\"border: black 3px solid;\" title=\"LakeCalavera-04JUL12-01\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mountainbikebill.com\/blog\/wp-content\/imagescaler\/06b65052b53e0f737bc297eb6a745b60.jpg?resize=840%2C560\" alt=\"LakeCalavera-04JUL12-01\" width=\"840\" height=\"560\" imagescaler=\"http:\/\/www.mountainbikebill.com\/blog\/wp-content\/imagescaler\/bc9f6d3ca649b31dde1f16b36f053a8d.jpg\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>While I do enjoy &#8220;front 40&#8221;
